ARCADIS Appointed as Consultant for West Kowloon Cultural District Project

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority has appointed ARCADIS on a consultancy brief to develop a Facility Management Strategy and Operational Plan for the iconic West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) project.
The WKCD project is one of the largest developments in Hong Kong and once complete will be a world-class arts and cultural hub. Covering an area greater than 400,000 square meters, the district will include up to 17 arts and cultural venues such as the Xiqu Theatre, Arts Pavilion, the Park, Blackbox Theatre, M+ Museum, Artist Square and Lyric Theatre. It will also include food and beverage outlets, office space, hotels and residential developments.
